  • Shipping

    T-Shirts Etc. will ship all orders via UPS. An additional shipping and handling charge will be applied to the order.

  • Return policy

    All claims for shortages and damages must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. T-Shirts Etc. will embellish merchandise that is supplied by the customer. Mistakes, while rare, do happen. T-Shirts Etc. will not guarantee refund/replacement of these items. Any refund/replacement will not exceed the cost of embellishment. T-Shirts Etc. is not responsible for any misspelled words, incorrect sizes, incorrect ink colors, etc. that have been approved by the customer.
